Registration Liaison

7-10 hours

  • One 2-hour initial mapping and strategy session with Lead Strategist & Account Managers 

  • Two 60-minute calls/video conferences with co-lead

  • One 60-minute pre-event call/video conference with AEW Team

  • One 30-minute post-event debrief call 

  • Preparation of all meeting agendas

  • Tracking detailed minutes/notes during each meeting   

  • Follow-up emails after every meeting/call with next steps and action items 

  • Access to basic tools and resources

Volunteer Liaison 

12-15 hours

  • One 2-hour initial mapping and strategy session with Lead Strategist & Account Managers

  • Three 60-minute calls/video conferences One 60-minute pre-event call/video conference with Magen 

  • One 60-minute venue walk-through and feedback on layout, floorplan, seating chart, registration logistics, staging, signage, auction placement, and parking with follow-up notes

  • One 60-minute call to review specialty service feedback (see below)

  • One 30-minute post-event debrief call Preparation of all meeting agendas

  • Tracking detailed minutes/notes during each meeting   

  • Follow-up emails after every meeting/call with next steps and action items 

  • Access to tools, resources, templates, and event-day checklist

  • Your choice of One specialty offering:

    • Review and feedback on all auction items (silent and live) including packaging, bid increments, starting bids, categories, descriptions, displays and mobile bidding site. 

    • Review and feedback of all design/graphic assets including save the date, invitation, sponsor deck, night-of program, powerpoint presentations, signage, etc. 

    • Review and feedback on night-of script, mission messaging, infographics, sponsor appreciation, and organizational representation

Logistics Liasion

17-20 hours

  • One 2-hour initial mapping and strategy session with Lead Strategist & Account Managers 

  • Four 60-minute calls/video conferences 

  • One 60-minute pre-event call/video conference with Magen

  • One 90-minute call to review specialty services feedback (see below)

  • One 30-minute post-event debrief call Preparation of all meeting agendas
